I'm assuming you're talking about Rainbow Dash? Which reminds me of a video that was brought up in a DEATH BATTLE video of some guy proving how Rainbow Dash is the fastest cartoon character ever.

Was that the Rainbow Dash vs. Starscream episode? Funny stuff there. I'd wager that Sonic and Rainbow Dash are probably just as fast. Sure, we can use real-world physics as much as we want to try and mathematically determine each character's speed, strength, and so on, but at the end of the day we just have to acknowledge that cartoon physics exist only to defy reality.
